SCHREIBER, ON – March 28th, the students at Holy Angels School learned, hands-on, about a very delicious Italian tradition – the making of “Sguetti” bread at Easter.

Not only is the desert they made a wonderful Italian tradition but learning to make this sweet bread each Easter has become a tradition in itself at Holy Angels School (CLICK HERE to see the article/photos about the students who learned to make Sguetti last year).
The Grades 1/2 (Mrs. Roy), 3/4 (Mrs. Costa) and 7/8 (Mr. Fenton) classes each had opportunities to make the delicious Easter bread during Holy Week this year and the feedback was unanimous – DELICIOUS!
